Our Shipping Terms.
Due to U.S. Postal Service rate increases our shipping rates have changed.
While letter mail only increased 2 cents per ounce, domestic parcel mail increased on the order of 98% or approximately 55 cents per ounce and international rates have almost doubled as well. We regret we can no longer provide World Wide free shipping without raising our prices.
As we maintain a warehouse stock level in excess of 98% orders are almost always shipped same day if we receive it by 3pm EST U.S. Please allow for up to 5 business days for us to ship your order depending on order volume and product availability during heavy shipping periods. This also includes Priority and Express Shipping. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received on our server. Packages normally arrive in 1 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on location and shipping method selected.
Orders are shipped with the return address label of Viper Swimwear. If you desire an anonymous shipping label please email us at service@viperswimwear.com at the time you submit your order!
IMPORTANT NOTICE! Please provide us with a working email address that you check frequently and a telephone number that you can actually be reached at during the day when placing your order. We receive calls each day from customers requesting tracking numbers that have NOT provided us with a valid email address. All packages are tracked and all customers are notified of their tracking numbers via emial. This will help us reduce our call volume allowing us to respond to valid customer calls quicker. If you do not receive an automated response within seconds of placing your order and wish a tracking number upon shipping we would suggest that you email us as you did not provide a valid email address in the shopping cart.
Domestic U.S. shipping is now a nominal $3.50 U.S. for Standard 1st class mail for the first 6 pieces. Each additional piece over 6 is $.50 per piece. $6 for Priority 2 Day shipping for the first 4 pieces. Each additional piece is $.50 per piece.
Priority mail is guaranteed within 2 days *unless* you happen to be considered remote by the USPS. Approximately 3% of the U.S. is considered remote. Please log onto www.usps.com or call your local Post Office to check delivery times if you are unsure.
Express Next Day Air Shipping is available in the domestic U.S. for $20.00 U.S. for the first 4 pieces. Each additional piece is $1.00 per piece. Express mail is guaranteed next day unless you happen to be considered remote by the usps. Remote locations take 2 and sometimes 3 days and may not be available for weekend delivery. Please log onto www.usps.com or call your local Post Office to check delivery times if you are unsure.
International Shipping is now a nominal $14 U.S. for International Priority Mail for the first 4 pieces. Each additional piece is $1.00 per piece. International Priority estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 days depending on the country and the current efficiency of your customs and mail personnel.
Express International Shipping is available. This shipping method normally takes 2 to 3 days and is not available for every country. Please email us for a quote.
A Note on International Shipping We are not responsible for any package once it leaves the soil of the United States of America. "Unless" the customer pays for Registered services which are normally an additional $10.15. Your chances of receiving your package without registered mail receipt is excellent though as we only experienced a loss of 0.011% of all international packages last year (5 out of 460). Please email us before ordering if you want registered services.
